Refund and Return Policy

At Juz Triumph, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-designed products. As we operate on a print-on-demand model, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there has been an error in the fulfillment process. Please carefully read our refund and return guidelines below.
- Custom Products
Since all products sold on our website (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, fridge magnets, bottle prints, paintings, and framed artwork) are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns for custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged. These products are printed specifically for you and are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
- Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 4-7 days of receiving your order. We will require the following to process your request:
- Photos or videos of the defective or damaged item
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
Once we verify the defect or damage, we will provide you with one of the following:
- A replacement of the same product at no additional cost
- A full refund to your original payment method
Note: We may request that the defective or damaged product be returned. If this is the case, Juz Triumph will cover the return shipping costs.
- Incorrect Products or Customization
If you receive the wrong item, or if the item’s customization (design, size, color) is incorrect, please contact us immediately with the following:
- Photos of the incorrect item
- Your order number
Once verified, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.
- Non-Defective Products
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products, especially for customized or personalized items, unless there is a defect or fulfillment issue. Therefore, please double-check your order details (such as size, design, and color) before confirming your purchase.
- Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 15-30 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: Juz Triumph will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For non-defective returns (e.g., if you change your mind), the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Timeframe for Refunds and Replacements
Once we receive your returned defective or incorrect item (if applicable), we will process your replacement or refund within 7-10 business days. In case of delays, we will keep you informed.
- Exclusions
- Custom Designs: Custom-designed products, including personalized t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
- Products damaged by the customer: If the product is damaged after receipt due to misuse, accidents, or improper care, we cannot accept a return or provide a refund.
- Shipping Delays
In the event of shipping delays or lost packages, we will provide updates and extend the delivery time by up to 15 additional days. If the shipment cannot be delivered after this time, we will assess the situation and issue a refund or replacement.
- How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support team at support@juztriumph.com within 4-7 days of receiving your order. Provide your:
- Order number
- Details of the issue (with supporting photos or videos if applicable)
Our team will guide you through the process and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

As we work with a print-on-demand model, production and shipping times may vary.
Any refunds or replacements granted are subject to the availability of the item. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution, including a full refund or store credit.
